This project is based on Umberto Eco’s theory Interpreting Serials. I applied this theory to create an illustration book series titled What’s for Breakfast, which explores breakfast cultures from different countries. The project incorporates key elements from Eco’s theory, such as repetition and variation, cultural significance, and audience engagement. I combined vector illustrations with vibrant colors and textures to bring the books to life.
